  • At a recent conference, a case managers conveyed a wonderful story to us! Her Mom had needed oxygen and had been referred to a home health care agency for services. She had automatically assumed that the agency would bring the o2 and when they showed up without it her Mom went into full blown panic mode. It was late on a Friday afternoon and the daughter frantically called J&L looking for oxygen. She spoke to Mary Ellen who in her words was a Godsend. She said that she was patient and kind and bent over backwards to help. Mary Ellen explained that she needed to contact the doctor, get a script and all documentation and would be in touch as soon as possible. The family was extremely anxious thinking this would not be able to happen due to the fact that it was a weekend. They were blown away when not even two hours later the oxygen was in the home. This woman stated that as sick as her mom was, as soon as that oxygen was applied you could just see the relief go throughout her whole body. She thanked us over and over, especially grateful for Mary Ellen and the kind service rep who set everything up. She stated that her Mom has since passed away but the impact that J&L had on her family and the service we provide changes lives. She was crying when she told us this story, you could see the gratitude which is such a nice reminder of the importance of what we do every day.


  • Patients Mom said the whole process of getting her son a CPAP machine had been an absolute nightmare until J & L Medical Services received their order. She couldn’t thanks us enough for working so quickly and being so patient. She especially wanted to thank Naomi who has been going above and beyond to try and get her son his machine as quickly as possible and really wanted to let us know how great Naomi has been and how appreciative she is!!!


  • The technician was extremely helpful - went into details - if it wasn't for him, my husband would not have been released on Saturday - He was very professional working way past his schedule and still had more deliveries to make. Thank you.

  • The people I dealt with are great - very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The following men showed me how to operate the machines - Chris, Matt, Myles and Vinny. You are lucky to have them. Also Annamarie McCabe was excellent. Miana was very helpful over the phone.

Your staff is professional, knowledgeable and personal! I especially want to acknowledge Stephanie for her level of professionalism and knowledge. Stephanie took time to cover all my questions - she is your best sales rep! Thank you! I am pleasantly surprised with the low level of noise your product emits. I have compared this to another family member who uses another brand (out of state).


  • Sorry this is late. The technician that came to our home was very talented. He appeared very knowledgeable of all aspects of his job. You are indeed fortunate to have him in your company. You seem to have it all together. Very professional organization!


  • Due to a change in insurance, I needed to find a new DME provider for CPAP supplies. I am so glad I since have chosen J & L Medical Supplies. Every time I call, my call is answered promptly I am treated professionally by people who know their products and services. I recently was seen by Jeanine in the Fairfield office to be fitted for a new mask. She not only fitted me for the mask, she went through everything including putting my machine on settings that have led to my getting a better night's sleep. She is a wonderful asset to J & L.

  • I’m writing this as a review for the outstanding service I received today. My mom is being released from the nursing home on Thursday and she will need her transport chair. We opened it up today and a piece which connects the seat to the back just split in half. We took the chair to J & L and the service man came out to help us. His name is Brett, and such a nice guy who went over and above. I had to let you know because you don’t meet someone like Brett every day. He was so helpful to us.
