Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
We offer a wide range of in-home medical equipment to assist patients with daily activities and medical equipment needs in the home. The most commonly ordered items would include hospital beds, wheelchairs, patient transfer systems, wheeled walkers and commodes. All of which are conveniently delivered to your home.
High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO)
High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO) therapy is designed to provide patients the freedom and mobility to customize and enhance airway clearance therapy, help mobilize lung secretions, and promote treatment adherence for patients with Bronchiectasis, Cystic Fibrosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Muscular Dystrophy (MD), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and other neuromuscular and respiratory diseases. HFCWO therapy must be prescribed by a patient's physician.
Nebulizer Therapy
Home nebulizer therapy is a convenient home treatment for a range of respiratory conditions, such as COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphysema and asthma. Home nebulizer therapy helps patient to breathe easier and is simple to use. Providers often recommend nebulizers for individuals who may have difficulty using inhalers.

J&L's Home ventilator care provides comprehensive training and support from our highly trained clinicians. Patients will receive excellent care and education every step of the way.
Oxygen Therapy
J&L® Medical Services offers a full suite of oxygen therapies and services. Each regimen is tailored to meet the patient’s individual needs and is supported by the best in clinical expertise, education and resources. At J&L Medical Services, we offer a focused ordering experience; our Oxygen Specialty Department will guide you through the process of ordering home oxygen therapy for your patients.
Respiratory Medication
Our affiliated pharmacy offers several medications to be used in conjunction with your home nebulizer for the treatment of your respiratory condition.
Sleep Therapy
At J&L® Medical, we offer everything you need to help keep your sleep apnea condition under control. You will find a range of top-of-the-line CPAP machines and accessories. But our service does not end with finding you the best device for your unique needs. Our experienced and compassionate team is here to support you and educate you on your condition to achieve optimal results. We will even assist with billing your insurance and associated paperwork.
Additional Out-of-Pocket Services
There's a wide range of DME products that are offered by our affiliate providers which you can buy direct. Some insurance companies may cover these products, in which case you can obtain them through your local J&L® center. However, there are circumstances where you might choose to buy the products directly, and these companies offer that opportunity.
